Strava Integration

IQProgress integrates with Strava to import user activity data such as workouts, duration, distance, and performance metrics.

This integration is used exclusively to:

• Display your training history
• Calculate fitness metrics (CTL, ATL, TSB)
• Generate personalized training plans

We do not modify, post, or send data back to Strava.

Users explicitly authorize access via Strava OAuth, and can revoke access at any time from their Strava settings.

IQProgress only accesses the minimum data required to provide its functionality.

• No data is sold or shared with third parties
• All data is used strictly within the platform
• Users can request deletion of their data at any time

If your data is not updating correctly:

• Ensure your Strava account is connected
• Check that you have recent activities in Strava
• Log out and log back in
